I supported the HR and marketing teams in creating promotional materials, developing social media content, and preparing internal announcements using Canva and AI-assisted tools.
I also helped coordinate an employee recognition event honoring 11 outstanding employees, preparing presentation slides, MC scripts, and appreciation gifts. Beyond administrative tasks, I observed the company's manufacturing, packaging, and delivery processes, gaining insight into operations handling over 10,000 customer orders daily.
This experience strengthened my communication, event coordination, and digital content creation skills while deepening my understanding of how technology can support workplace efficiency and operational improvement.
