Personal Project
Sonder is a youth-led mental health initiative founded by Hoàng Nhiên to create safe, accessible spaces for teenagers to understand their emotions, express themselves, and build meaningful connections. Bringing together interactive conversations, digital technology, and audio storytelling, Sonder transforms mental health awareness into everyday experiences through three interconnected projects: Solace, Solia, and Sonance.
Beyond raising awareness, Sonder embraces social responsibility by directing its resources toward community outreach, mental health education, and educational support for underserved students. Through these initiatives, Nhiên hopes to make emotional well-being a more approachable part of young people's lives.

An interactive mental health conversation card game inspired by five flowers. Its 50 cards help teenagers explore their feelings, navigate relationships and share meaningful conversations.
A digital garden connecting conversation cards, QR-linked podcast content, emotional tracking and gamified reflection. Development, UI/UX design and system integration bring emotional self-reflection into everyday life.
Sonance is an English-language podcast that explores teenage emotions, relationships, mental health, and personal growth. Through thoughtful storytelling and relatable topics, it creates a space for young listeners to pause, reflect, and feel understood.
